Practice information
Your privacy matters.
This page explains what information Change In Mind may receive, why it is needed and how you can ask about it.
What is collected
Only what is needed for contact and care.
If you email, call or book with Change In Mind, Rachel may receive information such as your name, contact details, appointment information and anything you choose to share about your enquiry or health.
Clinical and administrative records may include intake information, consent, appointment notes, invoices and relevant correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive clinical details through ordinary email unless necessary; they can be discussed through an agreed channel.
Halaxy bookings
Online bookings, appointment reminders, invoices and clinical records are managed through Halaxy. When you follow a booking link, you leave this website and provide information directly to Halaxy. Halaxy handles that information under its own Australian privacy policy.
How it is used
For your enquiry, booking and therapeutic care.
Information may be used to respond to you, assess whether the service may be suitable, arrange and provide appointments, maintain appropriate clinical and financial records, and meet professional or legal obligations.
Information is not sold. It is shared only where you have agreed, where it is needed to provide an authorised service, or where disclosure is required or permitted by law. Limits to confidentiality are discussed as part of informed consent.

Your choices

You may ask about personal information held about you, or request that inaccurate information be corrected. Identity may need to be confirmed before records are discussed or released, and some professional or legal limits may apply.
