Counselling · Northcote, Melbourne + online

Counselling that makes room for the whole picture.

Sometimes words come easily. Sometimes the story arrives through a feeling, an image, a silence or something you cannot quite name yet.

A calm place to begin

You do not need to have it all worked out.

Counselling offers time to slow down, listen to what is happening and become curious about the patterns around it. Rachel’s approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in more than 13 years of supporting people through emotional, relational and life challenges.

You may bring anxiety, overwhelm, grief, relationship difficulties, self-doubt, habits, change or a sense of feeling stuck. The work begins with your experience rather than a fixed formula.

Counselling & hypnotherapy

Different doorways into the work.

Some sessions may stay with conversation. At other times, focused attention, imagery, metaphor or a creative way of noticing may offer another way in. Nothing is added without discussion and your agreement.

You remain able to ask questions, set limits, pause or decide that a particular approach is not for you.

You can arrive as you are.

Book counselling in Northcote or online—or begin with a free conversation if that would help first.

Every person is different and outcomes vary. Counselling and hypnotherapy do not replace medical or emergency mental-health care. This is not a crisis service.
