Welcome to the Healthy Body / Healthy Mind Program, a transformative blend of hypnosis, counselling, and lifestyle coaching. This holistic weight loss program supports balance across your mind, body, emotions, and daily life.


Three Core Components:

  1. Mindset Reprogramming – Develop a positive and empowering mindset to support weight loss.

  2. Targeted Hypnotherapy – Use hypnotic suggestions to reduce appetite and food cravings and shift unhealthy eating and / or drinking habits.

  3. Confidence & Motivation – Build the emotional resilience and drive needed for lasting physical health.


Not Another Diet Plan

Forget the endless cycle of restrictive diets and punishing workouts.

This program is different.

  • Diets often fail because they rely on deprivation and short-term willpower.

  • This is not about depriving yourself—it’s about thinking differently.

  • Many gym routines don’t stick because they don’t address motivation and mindset.


This is about sustainable change. You’ll learn how to listen to your body, respond to real hunger, and make movement a joyful, regular part of your life.

We will also address emotional blocks to progress while building self-confidence and a positive mindset.

This is a personalised program, typically including 10 sessions over 4 to 5 months offered via Zoom:

Your Session Roadmap:

  • Sessions 1–5: Weekly sessions to kickstart change

  • Sessions 6–8: Three fortnightly sessions to reinforce progress

  • Sessions 9 - 10: Monthly sessions to maintain momentum
